Introduction of Scholarship

Pakistan is a developing country so most of the students of Pakistan belongs to Poor family.

According to the report National Human Development of 2017, Pakistan was declared Youngest Country.
Most of the students are unable to continue their education due to financial problems, Ehsaas Scholarship will support those deserving students to continue their education. Ehsaas Scholarship will help are the students until the completion of their graduation.

Objectives of Ehsaas Scholarship 

• Ehsaas Scholarship is a policy of the Government of Pakistan to support Undergraduate Students for 4 to 5  years according to their degree duration.

• There are 50000 Scholarships for Undergraduate Students consist of Rs:6 Billion budget annually. It will be increased up to 200000 Scholarships in the Future.

• Ehsaas Scholarship covers the University Tuition fee and a stipend of the students.

• Ehsaas Scholarship Covers  Financial support to the major fields like Humanities, Arts, Medical, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business Education, and Agriculture.

• 50% of the Ehsaas Scholarship is reserved for Females only.

• 2% of the Ehsaas Scholarship is reserved for Physically Challenging students only.

• Basically Ehsaas Scholarship target Poor Students for the Completion of Graduation.

Eligibility Criteria for Ehsaas Scholarship

Eligible Conditions:

1. Newly admitted students can apply for Ehsaas Scholarship.
2. Admission secured merit only. It means students must have to fulfill the eligibility criteria to get admission to that university.
3.  Degree Program must belong to HEC.

1. The age limit for Ehsaas Scholarship is the same age limit to get admission on the university where the student gets admission. Age limit to apply in that university at the time of applying for admission.

Ineligible Conditions:

1. Availing any other scholarship or continuous grant from any source.
2. If he/she is enrolled in the distant learning programs and affiliated colleges in both private or public.
3. A student securing admission on self-sustain/self-support/self-finance basics or evening programs by paying a high fee structure in the university.

Steps to apply online:

1. Create your account

3. Complete your profile information
4. Submit your required information save and then click next button in the form.
5. Thus complete all the form
6. Read carefully all submitted information in the form
7. Click the Submit and finished button.

Documents Required:

After applying online in the Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2020 Phase 2 Print out the application and attach the following documents and submit these documents in the Student Financial Aid Office in Your university only.
There Ten documents are required;

1. Copy of applicant CNIC / B Form

1. Copy of CNIC of Father/Mother or Guardian 

1. Salary slip or income certificate of Father/Mother or Guardian

1. If Father is a Labourer on a daily basis/shopkeeper/ private job, then attach undertaking income certificate on the minimum amount of stamp paper of Rs:50 

1. Copies of last six months Utility Bills of Gas, Electricity, water, or Telephone if applicable.

1. Copy of Rent agreement in case of rent House

1. Copies of last fee receipts of the applicant and his/her Siblings if applicable.

1. 01 Passport size fresh image of the applicant

1. Copies  of medical bills/expenditures of the documents if applicable

1. 01 Image of the house from the outside front.

Scholarship Award Process in Detail

• After applying in undergraduate ehsaas scholarship 2020 by about give button 
• Submit the print of the application and required documents mentioned above (Documents required) in the Student Financial Aid Office of your university.
• University will shortlist the eligible students for deserving the Undergraduate Ehsaas Scholarship Program 2020 Phase 2 
• Incomplete information the online application form will be rejected.
• After the interview committee of the university will decide the deserving students for Undergraduate Ehsaas Scholarship 2020 Phase 2
• University will ask you a sign a deed agreement on a stamp paper
• Then the Student Financial Aid Office will issue you're an Award Letter for Scholarship
• The scholarship will not transferable to any university / academic program or academic session
• Undergraduate Ehsaas  Scholarship will continue next semester/year with satisfactory performance.
